Our platform provides a marketplace for users to list, discover, and book workspaces and related services. We act solely as an intermediary between the listing owners (Hosts) and the users booking the spaces (Clients).

3. Bookings and Payments

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Service Fees: We may charge a platform fee for bookings made through our service. This fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations: Cancellation policies are set by the respective listing owners. Please review the specific policy before completing your booking.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current information during registration.
Maintain the security of your password and identification.
Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Respect the physical spaces you book and adhere to the host's specific house rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
